The Notorious B.I.G. (also known as Biggie Smalls) is one of the most famous hip-hop stars of the 1990s. Alanis Morrisette’s adoring fans have always wondered who she’s talking about in the song “You Oughta Know.” This breakout song is a beautiful track.
