Kanye West recently disclosed that his son, Saint, inspired the title of his upcoming album, “Bully.”

Kanye West, the renowned rapper and producer, discussed the inspiration behind his newest album, “Bully,” in a conversation with Justin Laboy on “The Download” podcast. He recounted a moment with his son, Saint, that sparked the album’s title. “My son was playing with some kid and then he kicked him,” West said. “I asked my son, I said, ‘Why did you do that?’ And he said, ‘Cause he weak.’ And I was like, ‘This man is really a bully right here.'”

Saint is one of Kanye’s four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian. Their family includes North, Chicago, and Psalm. West shared that while Saint played a key role in inspiring “Bully,” his daughter North also influenced his musical journey. “This little girl made me love music again,” Kanye posted on Instagram, explaining how North’s request for beats rekindled his passion for music creation.

Kanye West also shared insights on his experiences in Japan. “I love the temples. I love how people are with you, it’s just really respectful,” he said, noting that his wife mentioned he was “a king, an emperor” in a past life. The cultural setting, alongside family influences, seems to have shaped his creative process as he worked on “Bully.”

Meanwhile, Kanye’s wife, Bianca Censori, has grabbed attention for her bold fashion choice at the Grammy Awards. She stunned the audience by wearing a sheer dress sans underwear, which caused quite a buzz on social media. This incident has reportedly upset some Japanese investors backing Kanye’s forthcoming concerts, adding a layer of intrigue to the narrative surrounding his personal and professional life.

Notably, “Bully” is set to release on June 15, symbolically launched on North’s birthday. The project underscores Kanye’s deep connection with his family, weaving personal experiences into his art. While Saint’s antics fueled the album’s title, North’s influence revived his affection for music, providing a familial foundation for this creative endeavor.

With “Bully,” Kanye West intertwines personal anecdotes with artistic expression, drawing upon his family as a profound source of inspiration.
