Sean Combs, commonly known as “Diddy,” has been accused of negotiating escort prices and using his business resources to fund sexual encounters.
This information came to light during federal testimony presented on June 23 as part of his ongoing trial in New York for racketeering and sex trafficking. The jury on Day 28 of the trial heard from Joseph Cerciello, a Homeland Security Investigations agent, who detailed a digital footprint of hotel bookings, flight records, and financial transactions purportedly used to traffic Combs’ former girlfriend, referred to in court as “Jane.” Text messages produced by Cerciello revealed that Combs personally bargained with Cowboys 4 Angels, a male escort service, to reduce rates despite his substantial wealth.
In one such message, Combs allegedly asserted to a representative, “Stop raising my rate. I am a long-timer.” The jury was also shown explicit video files titled “freak-off,” allegedly filmed between December 17 and December 21, 2021. According to Cerciello, agents discovered 50 such files in Combs’ possession.
Prosecutors argue that these videos and financial records form part of a wider pattern, suggesting that Combs employed his companies and staff to arrange and finance sexual encounters, retaining the recordings as a means to silence involved parties. Cerciello also shared that a male escort flew from Atlanta to Newark in September 2023 and lodged at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York.
Sources indicate that the $2,890 bill was charged to Combs’ American Express card. Kristina Khorram, the Chief of Staff for Combs, appears to have helped with arranging these encounters. A text message from Khorram mentioned reserving a room at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas and placing Plan B in the nightstand. The jury was also privy to a voice message from Combs to Khorram asking for “more baby oil, 20 bottles in this m###########.”
The prosecution highlighted a $5,000 wire transfer from Combs to Jane and suggested that travel expenses for Jane were covered by Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs’ company.
In contrast, Jane reportedly paid for the travel of another person named Cabral. The government is slated to conclude its case on Tuesday (June 24) following Cerciello’s testimony, which marks the end of five weeks of detailed allegations that Combs has been using his significant wealth and influence to operate a sex trafficking network under the guise of legitimate business.
