Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment against its top executives.

  • Two women have filed a lawsuit accusing TDE figures of harassment, including unwanted sexual advances.
  • TDE’s lawyer calls the allegations a “shakedown,” denying the claims made by the accusers.
  • One of the women shares alleged evidence on social media, challenging TDE’s denial.
  • The suit was filed just before the 2025 Grammy Awards, where TDE artists were celebrated.

Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), known for producing some of hip hop’s biggest stars, is embroiled in controversy as two women have stepped forward with lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct by key executives. The allegations include accusations of unwanted advances and harassment by TDE employees.

The accusations have garnered significant attention, with the lawsuit targeting Brandon Tiffith and Anthony ‘Moosa’ Tiffith Jr., the sons of TDE’s founder. The women involved claim they faced harassment and were subjected to inappropriate actions, one of them even being given alcohol despite being underage.

In response to these allegations, TDE’s legal representative, Marty Singer, has publicly dismissed the lawsuit as a “shakedown.” He argues that Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri’s claims are unfounded and driven by ulterior motives, stating, “There are text messages and communications that totally refute these baseless claims.”

Challenging this denial, Linda Luna has taken to social media, posting photos she says prove her connection and work with TDE. She questions, “But I never worked with TDE???” alongside images featuring TDE executives and new recruits.

Additionally, Luna adamantly denies ever requesting $48 million, as TDE’s lawyer suggests, stressing that the truth will unfold in court. She highlights the pressure and manipulation women often face in the male-dominated music industry.

The lawsuit comes at a time when TDE is in the spotlight for different reasons—celebrating multiple wins at the Grammy Awards. SZA, Doechii, and Kendrick Lamar achieved significant victories, adding to TDE’s reputation in the music world.

Despite its celebratory night at the Grammys, the allegations against TDE cast a shadow, contradicting the triumphant mood. This lawsuit unveils broader issues of trust and power dynamics within the entertainment industry, as the accusers remain determined to voice their experiences.

The unfolding legal battle reveals deep-rooted issues and challenges within the entertainment industry.
