Tory Lanez’s explosive claims against his ex-lawyer have taken center stage, drawing attention to Roc Nation.

  • Lanez’s accusations come from his album, recorded while serving time for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
  • The rapper blames Shawn Holley for allegedly conspiring with Roc Nation to ensure his conviction.
  • Holley has vehemently denied these allegations, emphasizing her loyalty to Lanez during her time as his lawyer.
  • Lanez’s album also touches on other controversies, including alleged harassment and a defamation lawsuit.

Tory Lanez is stirring the pot with bold claims on his latest album, recorded from prison. He accuses his former attorney, Shawn Holley, of working with Roc Nation to sabotage his trial that led to his conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

On the track ‘Verdict Day,’ Lanez explicitly suggests Holley was ‘in bed with my opposition like wedding vows,’ adding that her representation was duplicitous. He paints a picture of being urged to accept plea deals while feeling his bail hearings were intentionally lost by his own legal team.

Holley, however, has firmly denied these accusations. She has stated that the claims have been investigated and found meritless. According to her, Lanez himself acknowledged these were false claims made in desperation to gain freedom.

According to Holley, whose resignation was at Lanez’s request, her loyalty was always to him. Lanez’s strategic choices, she suggests, have led him to his current predicament in prison, not any alleged conspiracy.

Lanez also addressed claims from Megan Thee Stallion of harassment, which she used to obtain a restraining order against him. He dismisses the notion of orchestrating harassment from a cell, saying it’s absurd to think he could be behind online slander.

His track ‘My Shayla’ further claims innocence regarding the harassment, expressing frustration over being portrayed as obsessed and detached from reality. He even mentions the defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz, suggesting it was unjustly linked to him.

Additionally, Lanez includes a nod to court reporter Meghann Cuniff, who he says was hired to misrepresent him. In response, Cuniff playfully acknowledged the mention on social media, demonstrating the reach and impact of Lanez’s assertions.

Tory Lanez’s allegations add another layer of complexity to his ongoing saga, drawing sharp denials and public interest.
