Kanye West has taken to social media once again, leaking an early version of his much-anticipated album ‘Bully’.
In a move that has both shocked and thrilled fans, Kanye shared the incomplete album via a password-protected link on his X page. This version, entitled ‘Bully V1’, is a teaser featuring 10 tracks and collaborations with artists like Playboi Carti and Ty Dolla $ign.
Interestingly, Kanye disclosed that much of the album was developed using artificial intelligence for his vocals. Kanye, who once praised AI, now plans to rerecord his parts, stating, “BULLY FILM ALBUM NOT FINISHED AND HALF THE VOCALS AI IMA RESING CAUSE I ACTUALLY HATE AI NOW I WANNA SEE WHAT YALL FUCK WITH.”
The album isn’t the only surprise—Kanye’s also released a short film starring his son, Saint. Directed by Kanye and edited by Hype Williams, the film shows Saint dressed in a Real Madrid jersey facing off against various wrestlers in the ring.
Despite the album’s unfinished state, Kanye has already expressed skepticism over its traditional release. He voiced concerns about digital streaming platforms, suggesting, “I MAY STOP USING DSPs CAUSE STREAMS ARE FAKE AND THE FRENCH AND JEWISH RECORD LABELS TREAT ARTIST LIKE PROSTITUTES.”
Kanye’s outspoken remarks haven’t stopped there. He even compared ‘Bully’ to Lauryn Hill’s masterpiece, ‘The Miseducation’. This project, said to have an ‘antisemitic sound’, is largely self-produced, but detailed credits haven’t been shared yet.
Future plans remain uncertain as Kanye also hinted at another potential project. He asked followers to weigh in on whether they’d prefer a third installment of ‘Donda’ or a new ‘Vultures’ album with Ty Dolla $ign.
The musical landscape Kanye’s creating is nothing short of controversial. His engagement with social media this week has stirred the pot even further, particularly with the mention of a scrapped collaboration with Playboi Carti due to alleged external pressure.
In an intense social media post, he claimed, “Jewish business forced Carti to not put me on the album,” and hinted that this was part of a broader pattern of coercion. This was accompanied by an inflammatory image of him and Carti, which only adds to the controversy.
Kanye West continues to manage his career on his own terms, sparking conversation and controversy with each move. While ‘Bully’ remains unfinished, fans eagerly await what his next steps will bring.
