Kanye West, better known as Ye, took to social media with another series of controversial and shocking tweets. The rapper accused Universal Music Group (UMG) of using another notable rapper, Kendrick Lamar, to ‘make an example’ of Drake. This isn’t the first time Ye has shared contentious thoughts online.

In his tirade, Ye made bold and unsettling claims, such as praising Hitler and criticizing his deceased friend, designer Virgil Abloh. These comments have understandably sparked outrage, yet Ye seems unfazed by the backlash.

Ye didn’t stop there; he brought other Black celebrities into the conversation, pointing out legal challenges faced by figures like Bill Cosby and R. Kelly. His rant implied that there’s an agenda to bring down prominent Black figures.

In a twist, Ye mentioned Drake again, suggesting that the music industry manipulates album sales and popularity. He expressed doubt about the authenticity of numbers surrounding Drake’s upcoming album with PartyNextDoor, claiming, ‘The numbers are always bought.’

Amidst his rant, Ye also touched upon Diddy’s legal problems, linking them to movements like #MeToo. He controversially called for Diddy’s release, triggering a sharp response from accuser’s representatives, further feeding the fire of discourse around these sensitive topics.

Kanye West’s latest Twitter rants have added fuel to the already burning fire of disputes in the music industry.
