During a city council meeting on March 25, he got the green light for a lease that spans 30 years, with the option to extend it for another 15 years. What’s remarkable is his arrangement to pay just $200 monthly for rent, a testament to his business acumen. He’ll cover all maintenance and operational costs himself.
