Despite the album’s heavy subject matter, Pusha T’s uncompromising lyrical style and edgy singles like “Pain,” “Numbers on the Boards,” “Nosetalgia,” “King Push” and “Sweet Serenade,” My Name Is My Name still managed to move 75,000 units in its opening week, outselling more commercially viable projects from 2 Chainz and Big Sean.
